I'm finally going to do it. Mark and Jeremiah leave for Costa Rica Wednesday so Spencer and I will do the project while they are gone. Hopefully then it won't be quite as disruptive to the family. We are looking at beige tiles, 18x18. The dark yellow is a 4" wide tiled design.

What do the designed pieces look like? Do they have flowers, or cracked top or something?
It looks like you are going to tile everything back through the laundry room and dining room. Where will you stop in the hallway?
I think it will be so great to have it all tiled.
